The human body is something I’ve been working with since 2007, and I love everything about it. My journey started with my love for instructing group exercise classes and led to becoming a personal trainer, which steered me to an internship in strength and conditioning and eventually guided me to massage therapy.

 

Through the years, I’ve found my calling to the individual looking to be the change in their life. Fitness is funny that way, no one can do it for you… it’s all you. And massage is a forgotten or undiscovered remedy for self-care.

 

Having the connection between training and massage has really helped me create a more complete approach to human movement, strength & mobility. I’m here to help you manage pain, gain strength, regain mobility or stability and make you feel empowered.
